This Privacy Policy describes how the NaimTech Recruiter Portal application processes user data.

1. Purpose of the application

The application is used to provide employees with access to their personal recruiter dashboard, including personal work indicators, open cases, scores, and work zones.

2. Data that may be processed

• Google account email address;
• personal dashboard data stored in an internal Google Spreadsheet;
• technical service data required for application operation.

3. Why the email address is used

The Google account email address is used only to identify the user and determine which personal dashboard should be shown.

4. Use of Google Sheets data

The application reads data from an internal Google Spreadsheet to show only the information relevant to the currently authorized employee.

5. Data sharing

User data is not sold and is not shared with unrelated third parties. Data is used only for the internal operation of the application.
